Project Description: TICO provides maximum security incarceration of serious juvenile felony offenders. The campus buildings were constructed in 1958 west of downtown Columbus. Renovation upgraded the facilities to better provide safe, secure, humane and industrious housing for all youth confined. T he improvement included medical, educational, psychological, vocational and counseling service facilities. |
