Project Description: Architects Associated, Inc. was selected to renovate lecture halls 3001 and 1001. This included the replacement of carpet, casework, furniture and painting. AAI came in and facilitated the entire project through experienced construction administration, meeting the goals and needs of Sinclair. AAI also provided a feasibility study to convert existing lecture halls into classrooms with capacity of approximately 50 students each in Buildings 2 & 4. Services in the study consist of sketches, construction cost estimates, review of mechanical systems and other professional services. |
