Project Description: Mr. Choi has been involved in the AIA Downtown Design Forum since 1994 and has contributed significantly to the Master Plan for developing Dayton's Riverfront. AAI created an overall Master Concept Plan for the downtown area. Issues revolved around concentrating public activity along the river, the most scenic area of Dayton. Synthesizing ideas with actions, AAI's rendering acted as a catalyst for project funding. The first project implemented was the new 9,200 seat Class A Baseball Stadium. AAI provided the conceptual design and planning, as well as, the interior design and plaza design for the project. |
