Project Description: Originally part of the Dayton City Hall Renovation project, city officials decided to move this function to another site, allowing the One-Stop Center more room, so as to merge with the county One-Stop offices. By doing so, building permits will be able to be reviewed and issued all within one day, and at one location for any building project within Montgomery County. Working within a limited budget, AAI has developed a plan for cost effectively renovating the interior of the building by reusing all of the existing doors and prefabricated walls. |
