Project Description: Architects Associated, Inc. provided services for renovation and addition to the existing administration building for the Huber Heights MRDD. Renovation included classroom facilities, modifications to multi-purpose room, administration offices, modification to toilet facilities to meet ADA guidelines, upgrade of HVAC system, new interior finishes throughout, new conference room, development of a greenhouse and roof replacement. |
