Project Description: AAI worked closely with the City of Dayton to develop a new recreation center complex. The neighborhood facility was designed to be built in phases. The site plan and building layout includes space for a gym, meeting/class rooms and an enclosed pool. The first phase consisted of a 6 lane, 25 meter recreational pool, an adjacent 20'x 40' zero depth wading pool with raindrop and bathhouse. The pool was constructed with a foundation for the enclosure for the pool to be added when funds become available. |
