Services: Architecture & Interior Design Type: Renovation Location: Louisville, Kentucky Completion: 1996 Project Cost: $750,000	Project Description: AAI provided architectural services and project management at Federal facilities in the Louisville District. The AAI team worked closely with the USACE to ensure the timely completion of all contracted projects. The completion of all projects was monitored by the project manager for quality standards and schedule compliance. Tasks performed included: · Technical Studies · Site Investigation of Existing Facilities · Interior Exterior Upgrades · Roof Replacements · Window Replacements · Kitchen Remodeling · Demolition of Buildings · General Building Maintenance All of these tasks required AAI to document all existing building components, create specifications for the removal or salvage of equipment and generate a site plan for grading the sites following demolition of the buildings.
