Project Description: This project was part of a multi-phased program to consolidate Wright Laboratory's office and research facilities into a unified Research and Development complex. The key to the aesthetic success of the new addition was to carefully match the materials of the original facade to maintain consistency for the entire facility. The functional success of the project was due to AAI's design of an ergonomically responsive interior. This was done by AAI's creation of a truly open office space, allowing the user to adapt the workspace to the needs of their highly sophisticated laser technology research. |
